The game is above most other hidden cat games in that it offers quite a bit of content, a good variety of items to grab not just cats, quests that feel a bit different, a great balance of easy and hard-to-find cats, a nice recharging hint system, complex and creative art that allows cats to feel naturally part of the scenery which helps them blend in, and it even has the mechanic where you have to reveal cats before selecting them as a little bit of a challenge as well.
Yeah, they have used the same art style a lot, but it is cute and from what I can tell if they are recycling assets, it is minimal, but I have my doubts that they are recycling that much if at all.
The DLC is 100% worth it's price.
But I also know it has high replayability as well, and even if I never played more than my 70 minutes, I'd still consider it well worth it.
Sound design further enhances the game’s relaxing atmosphere.
