The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story will keep you occupied for around 20 hours, but I find the game's replayability to be particularly fun as there are so many variables in pinball games.
These maps are optional but the experience and (a portion of) the gold you earn carry over to the party's campaign, so they are a good way to grind a bit of both if you're having trouble with the campaign.
For me the best parts are the art and the colourful roster of characters.
The voice acting is pretty solid, it took viewing the end credits to find out that certain voice actors played multiple roles which is impressive.
The overall art style is great, and the cutscenes, while short and unanimated (still images), are done well and make for some neat screenshots.
Each character does their part, some characters are best for destroying scenery, others for melee combat, others to gain resources, others to wipe the floor clear of vermin, etc, etc.
