My favourite mode was the one that had you exploring an island, defeating enemies and recruiting them to your team like Pokemon.

As for gameplay, it might be a slow crawl at the start, but it's a good thing that the devs provide you with a character and weapon selector (which iirc you can get lyfe infinite-sight + her weapon, which is also a great selection for speeding through the story and extra missions for extra digicash).

Other than that, I do like that you can swap between the three characters you choose to switch things up a bit or combat different enemy types.

Runs great and is a well optimized game once you tweak graphics settings (difference between high and extreme is negligible so the gains are better if you lower/disable unnecessary graphics settings).
