Age of Mythology: Extended Edition is, without a doubt, a classic RTS from Microsoft, featuring an engaging story, memorable characters and dialogues with a very unusual but very appealing gameplay style that has remained relevant over the years.
Story

The introduction of the new Atlantean race, units and story, was a great new experience and back then, it was just as refreshing and unique as the base game.
Graphics

Right from the start, the ancient Greek theme of the game attracted me and the mission design, the peaceful music and the gorgeous graphics, made a big impression on me.
Multiplayer

19 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
Random maps and skirmishes provide extensive replayability against computer opponents, while multiplayer allows human players to test different civilizations and strategies against each other.
Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
15 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The sound effects and voice overs for the units are also spot on.
Co-op
Players who bring up Co-op mostly praise it.
7 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
It' a better distraction than social media or many other options on the market. i've played and beat the story-mode a couple of times. and it IS a good story. i've also played solo campaigns against the computer and occasionally with other players. all were enjoyable and full of memories of good times.
