It's nothing too scary, the nostalgic and uncanny valley art style really carries it.

A point and click with an open navigable world, multiple abstract art styles and repeated unique gameplay moments is about as deep end/hard mode as it comes to a rookie solo dev trying to create a consistent, enjoyable experience for the average player.
