The game takes about three hours to complete, and I think replayability is mostly non-existent once you know all the anomalies.
The scares are amazing, the atmosphere fantastic, and it's not inherently too difficult or too easy.
If you do play this game, make sure to beat nightmare mode so you get a better ending. :) I recommend!
