What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
ANEURISM IV is an ambitious and deeply unconventional multiplayer sandbox that aims to simulate life, collapse, and rebirth in a dystopian city where every system is designed to feed emergent storytelling.
Incredibly brutal learning curve but after you get it it's game of the generation
Aneurism IV is really so amazing in its presentation and achieving its ambient tonal goals as the grungy source-inspired texturing meshes with the creative UI, soundscape, lighting and colouring alongside the ragged models to produce a captivating environment to not only visually enjoy but engage in gameplay through.
And sometimes it veers into anarchic social experimentation, where exploits, betrayals, chaos, and unsanctioned co-op moments define the gameplay more than traditional mechanics.
