The game itself doesn’t take long to finish, but it does offer replayability options; especially if you’re into achievements.
Movement and gunplay are very smooth and precise – it's easy to nail a distant enemy with a sniper rifle, then switch to an assault rifle and mow down nearby foes in one fluid motion.
The graphics looked genuine to the Halo franchise and I was very impressed with how well it looked for being a multiplatform title.
Having already finished this game once back in the days of Windows Phone, I should say that I enjoyed this most on Steam Deck.
H:SA seemingly borrows some sound effects from older Halo games, meaning they are of high quality and feel very familiar to me – a nice surprise.
