What players think
The recurring themes across 280 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
For starters, the amount of content in the game, whether that be the hundreds of unique weapons and armors in the game that allows you to explore many different playstyles.
The combat is easily one of the biggest reasons I love this game.
Challenging but Fair: It nails the Souls-like balance—it demands skill and patience, but it never feels cheap.
As well as the entirely hand-drawn art style, which, while very rough looking, does an amazing job of conveying the intended setting and atmosphere for the game.
MP Achievements: No, but the game can be played entirely in co-op
Excellent Lore & Solid Music: The lore is deep and rewarding to uncover, supported by a great atmospheric soundtrack.
