Interesting cast of characters, engaging mysteries, recognizable music and, most importantly, good writing.
Stuffed with fake gameplay (walking forward while an unskippable dialog non-cutscene plays, or just stand in place once you figure out it doesn't matter) and bad gameplay (quick time events), this game pretends that it's better than the visual novels it builds on the fame of.
The performance is a bit underwhelming, since it’s running on Unreal Engine 4 and was not properly optimized for it, but the visuals themselves are amazing.

Played on the steam deck and it hit mostly 40 fps!
Voice acting was good, though I played with Japanese VAs and English subtitles.
