Gameplay

The roguelite mode is hands down THE way to handle within-run progression (what Payday 2 tried to do with its Infamy setup) that, while it's relatively simplistic and quite short once you get the hang of it, manages to actually make each run feel like you're doing something at all.
Co-op
Players who bring up Co-op mostly praise it.
79 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
Co-op was pretty smooth and straightforward in my experience, played with a couple of friends and it was pretty fun planning ahead.
Combat
Players who bring up Combat mostly praise it.
69 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
Weapons felt quite satisfying to shoot, at times the police would line up and it would be very satisfying to mow them down like a lunatic.
Multiplayer
Players who bring up Multiplayer mostly praise it.
37 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The multiplayer alone is worth the price of admission (and maybe some of the DLC if you really like it and want to support the developers), and I look forward to how it'll further improve.
Difficulty
Players who bring up Difficulty mostly praise it.
21 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
Taking cover is, in fact, highly recommended even on the lowest difficulty.
Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
20 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The game was quite pretty if you care about the graphics and it was running smoothly in my experience with my setup.
