What players think
The recurring themes across 71 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Lost Chronicles of Zerzura is an old school point and click (some of you might remember this genre as "quest") adventure that utilizes intuitive and yet interesting puzzles compared to plenty of games in this category.
The character animations are fairly clunky at times with jarring walk/run animations and some oddly paced cut-scenes (ex. two characters having a sword fight loses some excitment when the swords clearly phase through eachother at odd movement speeds) The voice acting is pretty good with a surprising amount of decently written dialog.
+ gorgeous looking and detailed pre rendered background graphics.
I'm sure the case could be made that some are too easy compared to other point and clicks but I found it refreshing that most of them actually made sense.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
