What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
in case of a yes: really enjoyed the style and humor of this quirky little game. personally found the puzzle difficulty pretty good, the hints actually helpful without giving too much away at once (and plenty available), and the story & characters fun.
Puzzle Agent features a great story with genuinely scary premises and moments, despite the disarming cartoon visuals.
Let's get the positives out of the way: The voice acting is really good and fitting to each character.
The most annoying things, however, are just little things throughout my gameplay, like:
Runs well on steam deck, controls fine with the track pad and shoulder buttons or touchscreen.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
