What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Though not anywhere near as awesome as the base game, Expendabros is still a pretty solid experience, combining the gameplay of Broforce with the characters and setting of The Expendables, the DLC is a pretty fun time with the same over-the-top action and fast pacing as the base game.
+ Satisfying gameplay
+ Extremely fun when playing co-op
The pixelated graphics are nice.
There is a really fun local multiplayer mode.
It's perfect for short play sessions, and the difficulty makes replaying levels enjoyable as you try to complete them more cleanly or rescue every prisoner.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
