Before I describe to you, as to why the Solus Project is a phenomenal game, I must admit that I was at first dubious as to how immersive the gameplay would feel and how much replayibility it would have.
Story
Players who bring up Story mostly praise it.
129 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
This is a story that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I found the emotionally charged conclusion to it very satisfying.
Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
70 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The textures, lighting, skyboxes, shadows, models, environments, and post-processing effects are all of a very high grade, and do wonders to immerse the player in the alien world of Gliese.
Difficulty
Players who bring up Difficulty mostly praise it.
37 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The Solus Project has a steep learning curve - and when I say learning curve, I mean learning to enjoy playing it.
Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
32 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
To top it all off, the audio is professionally produced, and the soundtrack is subjectively superb to my mind.
Performance
Players who bring up Performance mostly praise it.
8 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
I haven't experienced any lag issues so far and had all the chunks loaded before entering a certain location - perfect!
