I played it fully in 2-player co-op and it was an absolute blast; the co-op was truly intended from the beginning and well implemented, but it didn't punish you for playing solo and takes into account how many people are currently in your lobby.
If you like cleaner games but have never touched a backrooms game, this game will hold your interest with the cleaning mechanics.
I'm genuinely surprised how much the story sucked me in around Chapter 2 and how actually attached I got to the characters.
The developers clearly understand the unsettling appeal of liminal horror and make excellent use of empty spaces, fluorescent lighting, and distorted architecture.
I am not usually a single player gal, but I am loving going through each of the levels trying to get gold on every difficulty
multiplayer is fun and can get chaotic during Incursions (especially if a member of your party (me) won't stop surfing on objects).
