Now once you beat the game and grind some this game becomes very fun to exploit.
In a world that is now full of Vampire Survivors clones, this sequel feels like a breath of fresh air and is one I won’t be giving up any time soon – especially as it plays flawlessly on the Steam Deck.
It does never reach the highs of a game such as Slay the Spire but it really doesn't need to as this is more of a fun (almost comedic) satire on old Castlevania games that doesn't take itself too serious but has a widespread collection of playable characters/deck variants and unlocks to keep you busy for at least 10-20 hours.
Cool idea, and art style, but some fun nearer the start, and not expensive.
The OST is also solid, with multilayered tracks dependent on exploring, battling, and fighting bosses and such.
