What players think
The recurring themes across 55 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The soundtrack is another highlight, dynamically building tension during fights and delivering emotional highs during key moments in the story.
The combat is surprisingly deep for a free title.
Combat is simple, so easy to understand that the game doesn't even give instructions to use abilities, items, inventory or some other features, though being simple doesn't make the gameplay any less fun.
It’s the perfect device for this art style in my opinion.
My only wish for the future would be voice acting (even AI-assisted would add a lot of personality to the characters) to help bridge the language gap.
I highly recommend using a controller.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
