This game's mechanics should be the standard for any aspiring immersive sim or shooter dev.
The shooting feels responsive, headshots feel nice, there's no lag or optimization issues, the melee weapons and kicks feel good, the damage is actually punishing and the game is fairly difficult in a fun way beyond artificial difficulty.
Graphics are grimy and visceral, and the story is intriguing thus far, and gunplay feels nice and tight.
The Art Direction is very reminiscent of Manhunt with its PS2 like graphics and dirty environments that really emphasise both the corruption of the city and the dirty dealings of these gangs.
I also really appreciated the enemy voice acting and sound effects, as someone who has done sound design myself.
I exceed all requirements by a far margin and still struggle to crack 60 fps when looking most directions, using the default settings.
