The writing was fun and often made me laugh, even if the plot was a bit of a shambles filled with mcguffins.
It does need some minor setting up before launching the game and for the best experience you will need a gamepad or controller to do so.

Stick with the game and you will find some very clever and enjoyable 3D puzzles that wouldn't look out of place in today's indie 3D puzzle-platformers, and the traditional inventory puzzles are logical and sensible, if perhaps a little too easy.
I was playing on a Steam Deck and most of the time the game ran well.
