Flying was solid and combat enjoyable, in the way that enemy horde combat sims are.
It’s a bit rough around the edges, but the core gameplay is there and it delivers on the "jump in, kill stuff, feel like a badass pilot" vibe.
Performance is solid — I played on both PC and Steam Deck — and the visuals are nice and colorful.
