The mechanics are deliberately approachable, making the fundamentals easy to understand while leaving enough room for players to refine their methods over repeated runs.
It definitely felt more like a puzzle game and hey, I love me so puzzles :3 The visuals are great and the music phenomenal (especially when you are in the realm of a guardian.) Each level had some variety and the characters/story did a decent job at motivating continued play.
The strong, and brilliant art style is carrying the whole vibe to the next level of enjoyment for me.
Absolutely love the difficulty progression, and the design of each level, absolutely stunning art - highly recommend!
The game is officially Steam Deck Verified, with its core functionality working through the handheld's controls and its interface remaining usable on the smaller display.
