In short, Blossom: Seeds of Life (BSL) provides a nice casual and quiet experience somewhat exploring and terraforming a planet.
The game feels complete and has a good ending so well worth buying now as it is.
The visuals and graphics are suitable to the game's environment and atmosphere.
I would definitely suggest playing the hardest difficulty available, once you get things going it's hard to really fail.
Controls I think are fine, I played it with keyboard and a mouse, I even played it on the steam deck for a bit and it worked well.
I loveeee that it has controller support because being able to play comfortably in bed makes it even better.
