What players think
The recurring themes across 93 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
With its retro-style graphics and engaging gameplay, this game truly captures the essence of classic FPS gaming.
Infinite-ammo bullet weapons that don't do much damage but fire fast and can stun the target, so shooting at more than one enemy becomes an intense game of trying to keep the most dangerous targets stunlocked while also holding the others at bay!
The MIDI soundtrack by Bobby Prince (if you've played the Doom or Duke Nukem series, you know his work) is rousing and pumps you up for combat, while the handcrafted levels (note I didn't say "procedurally generated!) are clever and full of secret alcoves.
The game isn't too easy (on Hard and insane difficulties') and it will test your skills, your patience and your grit.
