The main story and drama are phenomenal—I found myself playing for hours in one sitting just hooked on what would happen next.
The core combat feels good, the 30 or so substories I did were hilarious and fun, and spending hours hunting down Majima all over the city was a blast.
Also Majima everywhere was such a fun mechanic and made me love that character.
For a remaster of the PS2 original, the game's graphics look really good especially the city and main characters.
The sound design further amplifies this effect, with impactful combat audio, evocative background music, and strong voice performances that bring even minor characters to life.
Played it fully on the Steam Deck and it runs perfectly at 60 fps and maxed out graphics while giving 5 hours of battery life.
