What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story follows Lloyd and pals as they try to save the land of Sylvarant by returning mana to the world, this is done by going on a pilgrimage with Colette to turn her into an angel so she can reset the flow of mana.
$20 is a fair price for an rpg game that gives you quite a few hours of gameplay and content, even more so than Vesperia.
Contains the original graphics and all content released for it
The soundtrack has aged very well but needed more diversity.
The eight or so characters you can play are not all accessible (as standard for a JRPG back then) and there will be times you are forced back to Lloyd, but it IS possible to play on co-op with other players in the same room.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
