The recurring themes across 164 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
You find yourself exploring a depressing condo where it feels like the time is standing still, and contemplating about the nature of your routine, talking to shapeless figures that nicely complement the idea of lacking direction in life, and perhaps being surrounded by people who are just as aimless as you are, although I assume in this case the basic models were also nicely convenient for the narrative.

If you prefer strong narrative or gameplay hooks, Condo might feel "too minimalistic".

Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
