Oddcore gave me such a premium experience in a "Ultrakill" type game, but with backrooms inspired story and visuals, amazing level design, and a addicting gameplay loop, and many weapons/items/upgrades to make the game seem fresh and give it an amazing sense of progression, that only amplified the game's experience and, well, my ability to have fun in Oddcore!
Also the flavor with Angelica's thoughts on her weapons and the levels is a lot of fun.
The soundtrack plays a significant role in sustaining the experience, with energetic compositions that match the pace of gameplay and reinforce the sense of urgency.
The environments are bold and abstract, often drawing on thematic inspirations that give each stage a distinct identity without overcomplicating the visuals.
