What players think
The recurring themes across 152 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Where It StumblesLate-Game Pacing: The first four chapters build up character arcs and mechanics at a fantastic pace.
Story wise its "good" I liked the 2nd half alot more after the 1st since there was alot of exposition dumps.
The frame-by-frame character animations during ultimate attacks and combat cutscenes carry so much personality.
Voice Acting & Polish: Having full voice acting in a budget indie SRPG is rare, and the delivery actually holds up.
The superb voice acting, beautiful anime style art, engaging strategic combat, character design/depth & humor makes me not want to stop playing!
Here is my honest takeaway:What Hit the MarkThe Visuals & Animations: The spritework is absurdly good.
