Even though you “only” kill tons of zombies in every game mode (Isn’t that the reason why we play this? :)), through the wide range of power ups, skills and weapons, every play through offers are different experience.
The premise is pure arcade simplicity—an endless battle against waves of the undead—but the execution is refined enough to keep the gameplay consistently intense and addictive.
Multiplayer further enhances the experience, allowing cooperative play both locally and online.
What the graphics lack in sophistication, they make up for in clarity and performance.
The standard survival mode is the purest expression of its design: endless waves of zombies, an ever-increasing difficulty curve, and your own skill as the only defense.
