I thought it was a good story to, and unlike some of the other reviewers I rather liked Fenton as the hero.
The voice acting was outstanding, the puzzles were moderately challenging but usually logical (as much as adventure games can be), and the cinematic feel was top-notch.
The game is based on the same engine as "Secret Files: Tunguska" from 2006, but "Lost Horizon" greatly improves graphics and animations.
Gameplay itself is excellent, with very few truly complicated puzzles yet, simultaneously, is challenging enough to remain fun.
What really helps towards this is that your inventory is cleared for each new chapter, reducing the amount of combinations of objects you need to try when stuck.
