What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The plot is simple, but all of the characters have funny little quips when you talk to them before/after healing them, and you'll get plenty of chuckles as you progress.
Despite being made in less than 4 days the game has some solid gameplay.
The whole reason that the blurriness is a big issue for me of the game anti-aliasing when there should be crisp, clean, upscaled pixel graphics, is because it makes the game look like I'm playing with cateracts or some sort of eye aberration.
The soundtrack is likewise in an 8-bit style and is a joy to listen to.
...unfortunately it only works while a tool tip is present but by pressing the Windows key on the keyboard, then right clicking an item on the task bar, I can get the tiny window options tooltip to appear, making the game not blurry, and still play the game from my controller.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
