What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The gameplay is quite interesting in that you get random item drops with varying degrees of quality, so kind of like a typical dungeon crawler.
However, the presentation does show its limitations, with minimal animations and a somewhat static feel that may not appeal to players accustomed to more dynamic visuals.
The dark color palette, atmospheric music, and sparse sound effects reinforce the sense of tension that defines dungeon exploration.
The interface is easy to navigate and works very well with a controller (even better than mouse + keyboard, which I usually prefer).
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
