What players think

but otherwise, a great and tense time playing through it, ending was quite well done, and a bit funny at times, well worth getting it if you enjoy FPS games, especially with the bundle with the second encounter,
After some tweaks it stops stuttering and you end up with graphics of higher fidelity, proper Full HD support and scaling, advanced game settings in general and a more pleasing experience.
Fantastic gameplay + great multiplayer + fun + humor + guns + alien hordes = Serious Sam: The First Encounter
first of all, the story is a banger, even if quite short, along with the music score that accompanies it, choosing to send the only person that could defeat the invaders back to the past to prevent it all,
The multiplayer in Serious Sam is excellent, it is on par with Quake, plays fast paced and is well balanced.
For some - its a fun coop game with friends to team up aganist a horde of monsters (problem is, I dont have friends, never had them and never will)

Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
