The story is good, nothing super ground breaking, but enough to keep me interested, lot of psychological horror like Silent Hill.
I did like the mix of 'running and hiding' and combat sections, adds variety to gameplay, though some of the running/hiding sections had a couple flaws (listed in spoiler section below).
Definitely the atmosphere, plus the environments do a phenomenal job at keeping the player at edge.Something about the gunplay with the camcord gave it another layer of fear.
The photorealistic textures, combined with the distinct lens distortion, work exceptionally well, successfully evoking an authentic sense of claustrophobia within the first few minutes of entering the decaying hospital.
