Future Knight does everything you expect from a run-and-gun platformer right, with tight controls and fair level design, and ramp it up with crazy good graphics, insane animations and an absolute treat of a soundtrack!
The soundtrack is solid & definitely a good fit; enemy designs never stop being creative and weird.
Character movement, shot feedback, and enemy attack patterns blend together into an awesome combat flow.
The difficulty is perfect in my opinion, each enemy behaves differently, you have to choose how you wish to fight them all, and memorise the stages to maximise your efficiency if you want to grab the time stamps!
The story is strange, but in a really good way, it makes me curious as to what even is the part at the end with the hidden boss which...
