What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I fondly remember a similar added challenge in the shifting seasons gameplay mechanic used by Banished.
Everything is connected and it ends with a (weird) surprising plot twist.
The simple, attractive graphics and easy build systems combine to weave a hypnotic little spell as you lovingly craft your little sci-fi colony from tender lander-acorn all the way to mighty, orbit-scraping oak.
This approach makes the learning curve approachable while still providing enough strategic depth to keep experienced players invested.
I have no complaints about the overall sounds and the voice acting.
Reading other Steam reviews, I don't know what's going on in Windows land but over here in Linux the game is crash-free, solid as a rock!
