But even with how fun the gameplay is and how arousing the art is, my absolute favorite part of this game is THE SOUNDTRACK
The locations you travel through are all gorgeous pixel art, which goes a long way to making the actual adventure and story of the game feel meaningful.
A possible contender for the Steam Awards for best art style alongside Mouse P.I.
Outside of healing yourself and status-ing your enemies, as well as hitting weaknesses giving you extra turns, the basic attacks make combat much more "active" then a standard turn-based system!
The artstyle is best described as yummy, honestly I really can't get enough of games with fun bouncy art and really appealing character design.
The soundtrack is also very vibrant and energetic too & just that alone with the chill atmosphere with some difficulty for rewards makes this a great indie title.
