What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Instead, each ending feels like a logical conclusion to the accumulated choices made over years of play.
Aside from missing one of the elements that made the game a little easier for newcoming players this game holds up well in my eyes and is a lot of fun for a good few hours with high replayability with its total of over 50 different endings (I think).
The graphics are great in both versions, I suppose it's up to preference, but without any doubt the unofficial DOS translation is better.
Some of the downsides I don't like that will hopefully find a fix soon are minor bugs such as the ending letter just sort of getting skipped if you prefer to play with voice acting turned off.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
