What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The intervening years have brought improved graphics, and the visual aspect of the game is perhaps its strongest point: it looks amazing, overwhelming the player with the towering baroque grime of the grimdark future.
The soundtrack may be somewhat generic, but it effectively enhances the game’s dark ambiance, so I can’t really complain.
Pros: Usually on sale, Very cool graphics/world, cool character design, Pretty easy to understand for a GW game.
Multiplayer had a real chance to shine, and I bought this with 3 other friends specifically for the multiplayer. 3 of us played the original board game and remembered it fondly.
