The story is really fun, the jokes are goofy as per usual, and this is open world is off the charts cool.

The story is good as well, with a nice pacing to it and nice build up.
Graphics

Outside of those issues though, I think the visuals have held up well enough.
Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
10 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The music is pretty serviceable and genuinely fits the game's themes and overall tone very well, but I'm honestly just not the biggest fan of the OST.
Co-op
Players who bring up Co-op mostly praise it.
9 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
Co-op is genuinely great for relaxed couch gaming, to have something to do together while talking about your day
Steam Deck
Players who bring up Steam Deck mostly praise it.
7 of 300 sampled reviews raised it
The city is vast and there is lots to collect and do , there is lots of hidden references to old TV shows and funny gags , it runs fairly well on the Steam deck/ROG Ally but does have some crashes on certain levels which I could not seem to bypass, its fun replaying once in a while.
