It's hard to call it like a 'real' story since it's mostly just some dialogue over gameplay footage, between each mission.
The graphics are alright, I would say the hold up very well, they don't feel ugly to look at by no means.
Console version has better features + controller support, but PC version can add mods to improve the base game.
It'd probably be even more fun if the multiplayer was a little more active (I did see one nearly full server in the server browser so that's cool) but as it stands, the singleplayer component is pretty good, and the game runs surprisingly well.
One of the game's most endearing and useful features is still voice acting.
