What players think
The recurring themes across 46 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The difficulty curve was really nicely balanced.
I would like to give an appreciative nod to the soundtrack, as I’m especially fond of how it subtly integrates itself while dialing in the intensity with the progression of levels.
- Immersive soundtracks (during the levels the same soundtrack "evolves", I liked it a lot)
Witchinour is easy to pick up, easy to play (both with keyboard + mouse or controller) and very hard to master.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
