Main gameplay is 9/10, it improves on most of the things I've taken issue of with Isaac.

The classes stand out way more from each-other, each having unique playstyles, synergies, and abilities compared to Isaac's most non-tainted characters feeling very similar with even them having normal tears as their main attack most of the time, but here you have different feeling melee, ranged, and area attacks for every class that makes them stand out.

Despite all of this, the game is still very fun and is full of that iconic powertripping from making ridiculously powerful cats, and everything, music, visuals, animations, the gameplay, are very very good.
