What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There is just a ton of replayability due to the default map count, bonus randomized maps, workshop community support, trap variety, difficulty customization, available trap masteries, skill trees, ongoing dev updates, and original, "sandboxy" gameplay.
The scaling is awesome and there is a high degree of customization, especially concering the difficulty which makes the game both more approachable and more challenging (if you want it to be).
A pixel art style that I always appreciate, you don't necessarily need 3D to have fun.
The sound effects are fun and even with the low-fi graphics, the particle effects are fun and interesting.
