Alright the likes, the story is really good I love its themes like depression and how it can follow you everywhere if you let it.
The gameplay is good and simple like a lot of RPG Maker horror games you have to get items, solve puzzles and explore, but there is also boss battles, basically at the end of a level you have to fight the Crooked Man and it wasn't that bad except maybe the third boss fight.
The pixel graphics are really good with some nice detail especially when it comes to the cutscenes.
The music and sound effects for the game are quite good; the game also has some light voice acting which wasn't bad.The game also has plenty of notes to read and as you know I always enjoy that kind of thing in games because it can help with the world.
The Crooked Man sometimes suffers from common horror tropes and on-the-nose dialogue, but greatly succeeds at having a compelling main character going through an extremely dark period in his life.
