It's mechanically deep, being able to sport several VR mechanics such as full melee combat, archery and magic, but also smaller things such as having your own backpack where you can store things, and the magic system requires you to perform motions in order to cast spells, pretty cool.
The melee system is pretty decent, you need to swing your weapon, not just tickle the enemy with it.
the cartoonish visuals are also very enjoyable to play this game in in VR.
This game's got it all, story, puzzles, combat, collectibles, and it actually took me a bit longer to beat this than Half Life Alyx.
The inventory system is a classic design that works well built into the removable backpack, though I would like to be able to just drop things into the backpack and have the inventory grab them.
Sounds and voice acting is also not good, but I'm just glad that it has fully voiced dialogue and tutorials - it's always better than reading in VR.
