What players think
The recurring themes across 45 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Textures and models are unmistakably late-’90s, with chunky enemy designs and sharp-edged environmental details, yet the art direction remains cohesive and bold.
Even when the objectives are simple—reach an extraction point, wipe out a nest of creatures, free civilians—the chaos makes moment-to-moment gameplay exciting.
But on the other hand, the game is fun, with a great combat, awesome weaponry, cool enemies and tons and tons of explosions and destruction.
