The story is quite good but at times I felt like the dialogue had a few too many attempts at wacky jokes for my tastes.
I've got SteamWorld Heist on my wishlist, since the ricochet mechanic it has seems interesting, but out of all SteamWorld games, I think I would still consider Quest to be the best.
Despite a couple of complaints, Steamworld Quest is an enjoyable game, especially if you like RPGs, card games, or turn based combat.
The presentation is outstanding – from the music, character design, and environments resembling stage props, its elements fit together beautifully.
Basically, it's very unique card game RPG with a very bright and cheerful art style :).
Combined with the music and sound effects, created a great gaming while 'storying' experience.
