A few nitpicks I have with the building system is that you need completely flat and clear ground which is pretty sparce in the jungle besides a few specific spots and that you need to chop down damn near the entire jungle if you want to make a decent two story base.
But in co-op this game absolutely shines, and the content it's gotten since release has only made that aspect better.
